Summary: The Kahala in Yokohama was absolutely outstanding in every way! WOW, WOW, WOW. Rooms were immaculate. Restaurants were 5 Star. The hotel personnel could not have been more friendly and accommodating—truly amazing experience. The staff arranged all our travel from the hotel whether it was a ten minute quick trip or a ninety trip to the Narita Airport. We picked this hotel originally because of its convenient proximity to our Celebrity cruise port. If you are cruising with Celebrity out of Yokohama, you don’t even want to consider any other resort/hotel. The value for the price is unmatched. My wife and I have traveled all over the world and the Kahala has risen to the top of the list. This may sound like a fake review, but it is definitely not. Our stay was that good.

Summary: This property is beautiful, one of the most incredible properties I've ever stayed at. Service is top notch, rooms are very clean with great amenities. The Lounge is stunning in the evening. 5 stars across the board and 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Summary: I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu. At the end of day, I gave up to play. Regards and thanks for your hospitality,

Summary: We have stayed at many luxury properties, and this is easily one of the best. They have literally thought of everything, it’s hard to describe. As a tiny example, the amenities for taking a bath are two types of bath oils and bubble bath. I know someone would prepare it for you, if you asked. Nothing has been overlooked. The rooms are extremely large and well-designed. We had a beautiful view overlooking the bay and Ferris wheel. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a walk to the train and to the multiple restaurants and shopping malls in Yokohama. But that short walk is definitely worth the trip to this wonderful hotel.
